Rob High is a retired law enforcement officer who started with the Oklahoma City Police Department in March of '95, retiring as a Detective in the Robbery Unit in 2020.
He also served as a department Firearms Instructor and earned several nationally-recognized instructor certifications in "Control and Defensive Tactics", "Arrest and Control", and "Police Use of Force" - acting as the subject matter expert in these areas for the Oklahoma City Police Department.
During this time, Rob was recognized in US Federal Court as an Expert Witness on "Use of Force" and "Control and Defensive Tactics".
Now retired, Rob works with the Critical Incident Response Team for "CCW Safe", a member-based legal service designed for concealed carry weapon permit-holders that takes on the burden of the expenses in defending a self-defense "use of force" critical incident.
