Sergeant Uri Kaffe was a member of the Israeli Border Police, one of the most dangerous jobs in the Israeli Forces. Uri was also a student of Lieutenant Coronel Chaim Peer (founder of Kapap) and of Major Avi Nardia of the Yamam Special Forces.

Uri is currently an instructor of Krav Maga and Kapap Lotar and his instructional videos demontstrate his mastery of gun and rifle disarm techniques that are integrated into the close quarter battle section of the Kapap system.
