Yesterday, Gun Owners of America reported that 48 Senators are now demanding in a letter that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) withdraw its proposed rule to ban stabilizing pistol braces.
That’s a HUGE win for gun rights, because usually, senators don’t have much spine when it comes for standing up to gun control.
And it’s all because people like us blew up their comments section!
That’s why, for this week’s Freedom Friday, I want you to do it again.
This time, you’ll be commenting on the ATF 80% Receiver Rule, 2021R-05.
If it sticks, it will classify all 80% lower receiver and Do It Yourself kits – legal ways to manufacture your own unregistered guns – as meeting the legal definition for “firearms.”
In other words, instead of buying a kit and doing some drilling, some light hand tool work, and some other fitting to legally build a gun for your private use…
…you would have to get that kit from an FFL dealer, fill out the yellow ATF forms, and all that.
What this means is that the rule would kill the market for private and homemade firearms, forcing you to buy only those guns for which there is a paperwork trail.

Keep it respectful, with no swearing, or they’ll ignore it.
Even if you don’t have any plans to make a “ghost gun,” if this change DOES take effect, you’ve only got until then to get the information on how to put together your own LEGAL AR-15…
…Because that’s the only way you’ll be able to have an AR-15 that won’t appear on any registries and CANNOT be confiscated.
I’m really hoping it won’t come to that, though… and with your help, we can prevent them from making this change.
