We can learn a lot about today’s infectious diseases by looking at outbreaks of the past…
In the 2020-2021 COVID pandemic, for example, literally millions of people flooded hospitals all over the country.
And for over a million of those people (depending on how much you trust the numbers), that choice was a “death sentence”.
But not everyone perished because of COVID itself…
You see, as sterile and spotless as your local ER or Urgent Care Center may seem to you…
Your Local Hospital May Be The WORST Place To Be In The Next Pandemic Outbreak!
Shocking Study Reveals The Eye-Opening Truth Very Few Citizens Ever Suspect About The Hidden Source Of Life-Threatening Infectious Diseases…

According to a study by Consumer Reports, 94% of U.S. hospitals are actually breeding grounds for antibiotic-resistant “superbugs”.
In fact, 75,000 people die every year from infections that weren’t developed before their hospital visit… but rather from infections picked up DURING their stay.
That’s more than TWICE the number of people who die each year in car crashes!
And in the case of a pandemic, you can expect those numbers to get far worse because, when you’re already sick, your weakened immune system makes it easier to get infections.
But let’s face it – when you need medical care, you NEED medical care, right?
In other words, avoiding the “infection threat” that’s waiting for you at your local hospital shouldn’t mean avoiding treatment at all, so…
Here Are Your Best Strategies To Avoid The Hospital When You Need Medical Care…
(And Potentially Heal Even Faster Without The Need For Prescription Meds!)
Don’t Jump The Gun
Of course the internet offers us a great resource for finding instant answers to most medical questions.
But it’s not a “doctor” – and with the entry of artificial intelligence (AI), many of these sites can feed you the wrong answers in your search for a solution.
Even worse, just reading through a list of symptoms, for some people, can “magically” start to present themselves after you’ve self-diagnosed an issue you don’t even have!
So, if you feel yourself starting to feel ill – to the point where you may need to go to an Urgent Care facility – your first step is…
… don’t panic, and don’t rush to the hospital at the first sign of a single symptom!
It’s almost certainly NOT the pandemic illness, and rushing to the hospital could land you with exactly the disease you’re trying to avoid.
Before you go anywhere, make sure you’ve covered all the “basics” that a physician would tell you to do anyway…
Drink lots of water, wash your hands regularly, and take other precautions to stay healthy.
Be A “Germ Warrior”
Even though germs may be running rampant in hospitals, it’s not like doctors and nurses don’t realize it.
That’s why every healthcare facility is loaded with an inventory of supplies to help minimize the spread of the nasties that they come into contact with all day long.
Follow their lead and load up now – before a pandemic makes these goods hard to find.
Slowly start stockpiling things like disposable bleach wipes, hand sanitizer, rubber gloves, surgical masks, and eye protection if you can.
And when a pandemic does start to rear its ugly head, don’t fall into the trap of denying these proven methods for avoiding contraction of whatever infectious disease is floating around out there.
Avoid contact with the outside world and protect yourself when you have to venture outside your home.
Know How To Treat Infections WITHOUT Antibiotics
I’m not going to tell you that medical care and prescription meds are a sham – hospitals are the smart place to go when your life is truly in danger.
In a pandemic situation, though, your risk of infection skyrockets, so you really have to weigh the risk versus the reward.
The key is to know some survival medicine skills so you can self-treat your family at home instead of taking them down to the local “germ jungle” hospital where they really CAN get deathly ill.
In fact, a friend of mine, Marjory Wildcraft who’s a “survival homesteader”, recently got a lethal dose of copperhead snake venom from a bite in her foot.
Fortunately, she’s an expert in how to treat infections without using prescription antibiotics…
But using natural treatments for infections, she and her family have successfully treated conditions most people would rush to a hospital or Urgent Care facility for, like eye infections, breast infections, sprained ankles, tooth infections, and even a chainsaw wound!
(True story… Marjory received a lethal strike from a Copperhead snake when out tending her garden and, using her own “home grown antibiotics”, she was up and walking around in 3 days. She never went to the hospital, never had to pay an outrageous hospital bill!)
Sometimes you really ARE your own best “doctor”!
The Reality Of A Pandemic Disease Outbreak…
Look, as many people that died during the spread of COVID, I believe we still go lucky!
the CDC and the World Health Organization have been warning us for years that “the big one” is still coming – largely brought on by the over-prescribing of prescription antibiotics that have created “super bugs” that are becoming more and more resistant to traditional means of treating them.
You can be sure that when the next pandemic hits, medical staff will be short-handed… doctors and nurses will contract diseases… and medical care may not be available for anyone except those who are literally dying on their feet.
In that scenario, you need to know how to care for your spouse, children, and loved ones in an emergency – because you won’t be able to access professional care for any amount of money.
The last thing you want is to feel helpless as you watch someone you love slip away.
It’s good to have some simple survival medicine skills and “be your own doctor” when something massive hits the U.S.

You can read all the resources online and the greatest books ever written on natural medicine. However, you don’t have 30 years to sort out what works and doesn’t unless you know a dedicated master herbalist who has already figured it out. You could choose to access this intel by reading the books which is near impossible because access to the oldest libraries are not available to 99% of students. It’s a start but not equal to the refined knowledge of a practitioner who customizes his treatment to you, specifically. From my experience, the first 10 years study of an herbalist in the USA typically involves learning the herbs in the US and trying things out. The end result is that you find some things work, most do not. Next 10 years the herbalist journeys outside the US, and looks for what works internationally. Again he finds the same results-some work. To speed up the process, he may go to college and come out overwhelmed with the years of sorting out what really works. If he/she finally admits to themselves this learning is too slow and very frustrating, then they seek out the mentor who really knows how to think and use the most advanced form of natural herb medicine -Chinese herb medicine. Then expect 10 years to perfect that. The shortcut is to find a seasoned, senior herbalist of 30+ years. They have been through the furnace and filtered what truly works and doesn’t, know how to assess and recommend what will work for you specifically – not a 1 formula or drug for all.
The combination of fast food and pharmaceuticals combine to rob people of health. Practically everything was wrong with COVID protocols. The people most at risk had several co-factors. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and etc. Probably the worst thing that “healthy” people suffer from is vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Vitamin D3 is lowest in the winter, and it is important for the immune system.
I slightly disagree with the people & comorbiity part. My daughter-in-law worked as a nurse during covid and had many previously healthy people on her floor- in thair 40’s, who were at death’s door. Yeah, they survived but for most it was a long, hard road. I, on the other hand- in my 60’s and healthy- had covid and didn’t even know it. So it wasn’t something that can be painted with a broad brush. Besides vitamin D in winter, Luracidin (otc) is quite effective.
It’s not just fast food. Farmers treat all their livestock ( chickens, pigs, cows etc.) with antibiotics as well as with growth hormones. Our food supply is tainted to say the least.
I think you are wise to stay out of hospitals. Since most of them are corp owned and are focused on profit not patient welfare.
I worked for a short time as a hospital administrator over 3 medium size hospitals and 5 ER clinics. Its about the money and the specialty of the primary doc in the admin. If he is a surgeon then everyone gets cut. If he is a GP then its Pharma, etc. Corps have no conscience except the bottomline. Investors have to get theirs.
Study First Aid and if possible, get Red Cross First Aid Instructor Classes. I did this many years ago, and find that what I learned then has changed very little. As a Millwright, I have used the training numerous times, and the others wondered how I knew what to do. Don’t be one who wonders, be the one who does and get the training and then get some of the equipment needed for your own home and vehicles.
A couple quick notes. DO NOT get just any surgical mask. Standard surgical masks are made to catch bacteria which are much much larger than a virus. Get N95 masks as they will filter out most virus.
As a retired MD I am sorry to say that you are right that corporations and investment groups are taking over medical care. My own doc’s open up to me and tell me the stories of how they are pushed. Many are depressed about the direction the field of medicine is taking. Back when I started in medicine it was illegal in most states for non-physicians to own a medical practice. Our state legislatures failed all of us by turning away and ignoring what has been going on. The burnout rate for MD’s and nurses is very high, mainly due to the expectations that they can see a full load of patients while adding on very large loads of computer/administrative functions. I believe the current figure is docs spend half of their time with non-patient contact work.
Next visit pat your doc on the back and encourage them to keep doing the best that they can. I could go on about all the things wrong in medicine today, but I think I have said enough.
PS: Yes stay out of hospitals if you can but think about how quickly Trump was rushed to the hospital when he was about to crash (this can happen very quickly). Staying away another hour and he might not be with us. Luckily the hospital had the antibody med to pull him out. Had it not been available to him, he’d been in the ICU, at a minimum.
